GoogleI cannot express how delighted I have been with Mantons estate agents. Rosina Sheaf helped me sell my property in Barton and she was the most professional agent I have dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she knew all there was to know throughout the whole transaction. It would be wonderful to get service like hers in every area of business.

GoogleThe sale of my father's house was a daunting prospect but Ian and his team made the process relatively stress free. Great communication throughout the sale activity, together with knowledge backed advice on how to approach the market ensured a successful sale. I would recommend to anyone selling, as their local area knowledge is unbeatable.

GoogleOh my word!! What an easy and a great experience we had, selling our property through Mantons Estate Agents!! We had the pleasure of dealing with Rosina Sheaf and Ian Manton. We found them to be friendly, very knowledgeable and very experienced with the whole process of the sale. Rosina was able to advise and guide us through everything we wanted and needed to know from start to finish!! Even on the phone, whole team were very polite and helpful passing on the messages and receiving the call backs! So if you’re seriously looking to sell (or to buy) a property, please, do not waste your time and money looking at other Agents!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleVery happy with my experience with Mantons I highly recommend them I have had many experiences talking with other estate agents and most are just pushy and not that helpful whereas Mantons are always happy to help and aren’t pushy very pleased :)

GoogleAbsolutely pathetic and unprofessional behaviour from their staff. I booked a viewing and call them twice for confirmation if the viewing is ok, they did all the eligibility checks and affirmed me for the viewing. When I was on the train to Luton they called me to say sorry we have to cancel it as you are not eligible for this house. Please beware of this agency and their irresponsible and unapologetic staff

GoogleThe team at Mantons are so professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Having lived at our previous property for 17 years, a move felt quite daunting but Ian was so helpful and never seemed to get stressed even when we thought the move may not happen. The customer service provided by the team was outstanding and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Maura & Joe

GoogleWe’ve had the pleasure to do business with Mantons very recently. Everyone single person who I spoke to or dealt with were very helpful and professional yet so friendly I almost forgot I’m buying a house. Rosina who looked after us during the sales of a two bed house was superb on seeing it through with us. Thank you Rosina and everyone else at Mantons. Pete&Diana

GoogleI honestly cannot fault these guys! As a first time buyer, I was so nervous, stressed and all the rest of what comes with moving, but the staff at mantons were amazing and so friendly. Rosina gave me the best support throughout the process, explaining every step along the way, chased everything so quickly, and never made me once feel like a nuisance when I asked for an update (which was often lol). If Rosina wasnt in on the day I rang, her colleagues would chase it up too. Amazing team effort and I will definitely be recomending them to everyone I know! :)

GoogleProfessional, helpful and really going the extra mile! We were recently buying a house and team Mantons have been really incredible in helping us make the process easier for us. We got so much time, guidance, clear communication and extra support in a process that is otherwise stressful. It is much appreciated and it has really made a difference for us! Thank you!
