TrustpilotCowboy company - rubbish builds
Moved into the property 2014 and logged all the snags with the property. Leaky windows, leaky bath, leaking under the sink, no plugs, doors leaking, taps broken. Some repairs - well if you want to call them repairs - have been made but still fighting now for my replacement door from 5 weeks ago which was promised in an email. Everything is logged from day one yet they still fail to respond to complaints!! They don't even know what good customer service is - overall rubbish company and I am now escalating all issues legally and will let everyone know via social media how bad this company is including showing prospective buyers at new sites the pictures of how rubbish the work is in the properties and emails!!!

We bought our first home using Help to Buy. Being a new build we expected it to be a high standard inside and out. Being a 'professional' company we expected high level of customer service and quality information. We received none of these. We had so many defects I have lost count. Wasted so many days waiting in for defects to be out right. Paid for items that were promised as part of the house and they are not to standard. House size, parking spaces and tenure type were falsely advertised and omitted. Ground rent increases but we weren't advised. But worst of all we found out 4 months after completion, that Linden Homes lied to us about the leasehold aspect. They told us the freehold was not available as nother not for profit party (college next door) owned the land our homes were built on and the freehold was not available. It has been owned since Linden Ltd since May 2015. We completed in September 2016. It was a lie the whole time. Not just us. Once I spoke to neighbours doscovered they were told exact same thing. Sold by deception. We didn't mishear.
