Easy to get overwhelmed with things but rodh gave us written information on things, videos to watch and followed us up till the end. I recently bought my new home at Quantum Fields in Littleport. My initial experience with the estate agent when picking up the keys was really disappointing. It happened quickly on a very busy road, communication was difficult, and it just felt like a rushed "hello and goodbye" moment. I didn't expect flowers or champagne, but picking up the keys to your new home should be a special moment, and it felt really weak.
