This agent doesn't honour a sale and continues property viewings even after an offer has been accepted, I wouldn't buy or sell using them.Read the review from buyers

GoogleCouldn't recommend a better company. All the staff at the Holbeach branch helped us out from start to finish. We were unsure on a number of things and they made everything easy. Always easy to contact and they always did what they said they were going to. Highly recomended and they guided us to our perfect family Home. Thanks to Mark, Carol & Jamie.
Thank you Jack for your 5* review I have made sure the Holbeach team know of your kind comments. Paul Clark MD

GoogleWe would highly recommend H&C, they have been amazing from start to finish. We were on the market with an online agent which we were less than impressed with. Thankfully we came across H&C and was given a five star service by Mr Hollamby which continued throughout the marketing, selling and completion of our property with all of the team especially Michael and Chris. Once we sold they worked so hard to make the process run smoothly which it did. Thank you H&C, we appreciate everything you have done. Well done. Kind regards, Colburn family
Dear Paula, Thank you for your kind comments and 5* rating. I know Mike and the sales team were keen to deliver you our usual high standard of service in order to get you moved, taking personal pride in proving what a modern agent can provide over and above an online agent only offering. Best wishes, Paul Clark Managing Director.

This company has been fantastic in the manner in which they have supported me in looking for a property in which to live. While my house was waiting to be sold, they managed to help me look for a property to rent. Once my house was sold they did a fantastic job in helping me find somewhere to buy. The company provided me with such a friendly service. Despite them not selling me my new home (found through another agent), I would be more than happy to come back to them if I ever needed to sell my home.
