GoogleWe have recently sold a property through The Hale Office and dealt with Claudia from start to finish. Quite simply - she was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with from Day One. Not only did she arrange four viewings within the first couple of days, but she secured a Buyer within the first week and followed this through with speed and efficiency. The whole process from start to finish was tied up in around 16 weeks. Claudia was always on the end of a phone or email and always responded straightaway as well as being proactive with the purchaser and solicitors. Have known Adrian Hibbert from Day One of Hibbert Homes it is clear to see that he has created a fabulous team of colleagues. Their Rental side had also managed the property with complete professionalism for many years. Quite simply this has been the slickest, and most stress-free property sale we have ever encountered and so we thank you Claudia and The Hale Team for everything you have done for us !!

GoogleI am so happy with the service I have received from Hibbert Homes, particularly from Claudia Milne. She has been always very quick with the communication, requested several viewings even after my offer accepted. Her contact with me was very helpful as I was all by myself in this process, trying to move a family from overseas. She responded to all my queries promptly and kept the communications between the vendors and me really well. I would strongly recommend the service from Claudia. She has also passed me all information regarding checking electricity and gas, and suggested me local services for renovation. I felt like I am getting a really good service and support. This was very good for me, especially as a women and mother, who have not dealt with home buying issues at all previously. I would definitely work with her again, and with Hibbert Homes for employing such a dedicated staff.

Claudia and Will were a total pleasure to deal with, always prompt and polite, dealing with many obstacles along the way including difficult tenants and offers that weren't viable. GoogleUnfortunately the sale of my property never went through, but this was due to external factors. Hibbert Homes were great throughout the entire process and Fiona whom I had most contact with was always very helpful and kept me updated at every step along the way. Would recommend!

GoogleCompetent, professional and always lovely to deal with. In a very competitive market, these guys do stand out. As a landlord my exchanges with Hibbert Homes are more often than not about maintenance issues, which can be stressful and frustrating. It's reassuring to have a team there that can deal with things swiftly and keep everyone calm in the process. They have also exceeded expectations in finding new tenants within very short timeframes, mitigating rental voids. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
