GoogleWe have had great communication throughout our sale and purchase from Hibbert Homes. Fiona has managed the whole process efficiently and kept us in the loop. We have also arranged extra viewings and the team are always happy to accommodate us. Thank you!

GoogleAdrian and the team went above and beyond and secured a sale for us in a very slow market. Claudia and Will were a total pleasure to deal with, always prompt and polite, dealing with many obstacles along the way including difficult tenants and offers that weren't viable. We recommend Hibbert Homes for a personal sales experience.

GoogleUnfortunately the sale of my property never went through, but this was due to external factors. Hibbert Homes were great throughout the entire process and Fiona whom I had most contact with was always very helpful and kept me updated at every step along the way. Would recommend!

GoogleWe are so happy to write this review, it’s one of those times in life, when one has done everything by the book and still faced disappointment. That along came these two lovely realtors from the Hale office. The viewing and the closing of the deal, felt like a breeze. We can’t thank you guys enough. 👍🏼 …

GoogleA lovely experience specifically with Lee who showed us around the property. Very friendly, welcoming and relatable to make us feel very comfortable straight away. Knowledgable about the property/area and process and we left with a smile on our face. Hire more people like Lee!

GoogleCompetent, professional and always lovely to deal with. In a very competitive market, these guys do stand out. As a landlord my exchanges with Hibbert Homes are more often than not about maintenance issues, which can be stressful and frustrating. It's reassuring to have a team there that can deal with things swiftly and keep everyone calm in the process. They have also exceeded expectations in finding new tenants within very short timeframes, mitigating rental voids. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI was impressed at how quick and easy the initial valuation was but even more impressed with the quality and angles of the photo's Will took. I did contact a competitor of theirs and the photo's were awful.. Great quality photo's are so important when selling your house and Hibbert Homes hit that mark. Claudia and the team at Hibbert Homes were great too and I would use them again, most definitely. The sale process took quite a while but this wasn't the fault of Hibbert Homes, in fact they were very proactive....All the staff were very helpful and courteous and I would highly recommend them.
