GoogleMuch Improved from Trading Places. Since Hibbert Homes took over Trading Places the improvement in professionalism was huge. They dealt with a difficult tenant and eventual house sale very well. They have a large team of friendly and capable staff.

GoogleIm a buyer who purchased from Hibbert Homes sale. I would recommend the team at sale for a purchase or sale of a property . They kept me updated along the way through the full process. Returned calls and sent regular emails. At a certain point my purchase became far more urgent and Fiona shown such empathy and worked solidly to get the outcome me I needed. So professional but warm and friendly also. Thank you Fiona and the team ...and thank you for the housewarming bottle and cakes from the beautiful bskery/cafe in sake Gail's they were just what was needed 😋 x

She was proactive in keeping both parties updated and communicating with solicitors. She went above and beyond to help make the sale go through as planned and I cannot thank her enough. Hibbert Homes have got some of the most professional, conscientious staff I've ever known in an agency. Outstanding.

However, some matters, particularly those related to landlord decisions, are unfortunately beyond our control. A Deposit on a tenancy is between landlord and tenant therefore we do not have the authority to return a deposit without the landlords consent, we acknowledge how frustrating this can be as a tenant when you are looking forward to receiving your deposit back. I have reviewed the correspondence between our team and yourselves and do not feel out team were in anyway unprofessional, disrespectful or dishonest to you, the delays were communicated with you and our team corresponded they were doing all they could to get this issue between yourselves and your landlord resolved. We take all feedback onboard whether that be positive or negative and will always work with our teams to ensure we are doing all we can to provide a professional and conscientious service, I can only apologise if you feel the standards were not met on this occasion.
