Thousands thanks to Fiona who managed the property purchase with her fantastic services, you were very kind with us to answer all questions and explain everything during the property viewing and purchase progress, we always got quick responses. Fiona has managed our first house purchase, she is professional to deal with both sides solicitors to manage the purchase progress as quickly as possible, it took less than 8 weeks to exchange the contract and it was shorter than we expected, all the staff and especially Fiona used to give us the update of where we were up to during the purchase progress. They are all keen, helpful and friendly persons. We got her congratulations once the contract exchanged. Fiona worked very hard to make sure everything are correct and legal. We are proud of you Fiona. Highly recommended this firm

GoogleIve once had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Damian and his unprofessional bunch of con-men , I was shown around a flat 2 bedrooms because I have a child . There was a broken window in the lounge, which he assured would be fixed. Also I noticed there was no hot water,Damian reassured me that it was a pressure isuue. Please look at the other REAL reviews before using this company

GoogleBEWARE!!! The del boy of estate agents. Poached me from another agent I was already with, with the promise of an immediate sale as they "had people lined up." In reality provided much fewer viewings. During the hard sell they gave me to go with them they assured me they checked the potential buyers had all been checked for adequate funds. This was not the case as after cleaning the house and going out whilst the viewing took place the offer was 20% less than asking price and when we refused we were told they could only borrow a maximum of 50k below asking price! I was fuming as I doubt they took the time to check any possible buyers and just let anyone who rang view our home. AVOID THIS COMPANY, another much more professional agent sold it for me in the end.

GoogleMarie worked tirelessly for us both at the sale stage and the later exchange and completion wrangling. This wasn't a straightforward transaction but she took it in her stride. She fought like a bulldog and cared! She is also very easily contactable compared to some agents. I would recommend her/the agency. Good value for money.

GoogleI was a tenant through trading places for three years. I have never come across such honest and proactive people in the estate agency industry. No matter how insistent I was that something wasn't an emergency, if there was ever a problem, they would be there to get solving things in record time. They are the complete opposite of any stereotypes and I couldn't recommend them enough. If I still lived in the area, I would be using them still.

GoogleSome people think an estate agent just finds a buyer for your property - and this is indeed what some agents do. Finding a buyer is the easy part. What a seller needs is so much more. Adrian Hibbert works very hard for his clients and gets into the bones of a transaction to get the best outcome as quickly as possible. Thank you Adrian and all at HH

GoogleA well run indepent estate agency where customer service is second to none - a real friendly, helpful team. Sold our house quickly and for more than we expected. They did all the viewings, kept us informed and negotiated the extras that our purchaser wanted, keeping the process relatively stress free. I would definitely recommend and have done since our sale, with another successful outcome.

GoogleI've rented with plenty of places before and never been charged upon departure. Spent hours cleaning and they still tried to charge hundreds of pounds. They have to be chased for updates constantly as they never get back to you or send a holding response. They tell you things which are later revealed to be untrue. Went three weeks without heating or hot water over Christmas! They do quarterly inspections where I raised issues which were never addressed. Very poor overall.
