GoogleAvoid Julie! It's hard to find the words to describe how unprofessional and unhelpful the agency and especially Julie had been during our tenancy but the peak was when we left the property that we got this very firm email about the things we had to do and how annoying it'll be for them if we don't. We did everything way before the end of the tenancy but on her end she never did the slightest which had as a result to be charged money for things we didn't use. Her laziness and the lies she throws are shocking. I feel bad for our landlord that was a lovely man and always treated us respectfully.

GoogleI cannot fault the amount of effort Marie put in to the sale of our house. She was always chasing and keeping us up to date. Even when Marie went on holiday, her colleague Fiona picked up where she left off, and both were responsive when we contacted them. On reflection Lee’s valuation wasn’t realistic for our house and trying to sell in winter months, which is my only criticism.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleFrom the initial valuation with Bev to the viewing team (can only remember Maria's name) and then to Fiona on the Sale side of things, we have been offered a very professional and exemplary service. Fiona has been particularly helpful in taking us through the process and has made herself available to answer any questions and let us know of any developments promptly. Big thankyou to Fiona and the wider team for taking the stress out of the process and for all their advice on the way. It makes things a lot easier when all members of a team are so helpful and approachable expecially since I was heavily pregnant when we decided to do this. It was also much appreciated to always recieve to a friendly reception when we rang by whoever answered the phone and no matter what time of day, even when it was pushing closing time. I would definitely recommend trading places if you want a feeling of a "family run" service when you need to approach them but negotiations are done in a professional, business like manner that is needed to ensure both side of the transaction are happy.

All our enquiries were handled efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. The entire team at trading places are very friendly and helpful and that really helps sooth what can be a stressful process. I wouldn’t hesitate using trading places again.

GoogleMy partner and I were selling a house in Timperley and initially were looking at the internet sites Yopa & Purple bricks etc . We were both uncomfortable and I started to make enquires with local estate agents . None actually answered my calls, only having a voicemail other than Hibberts. I was sceptical at first thinking based in Hale they would be very expensive and maybe only really interested in the million pound market. How wrong we were. The following may sound far fetched however I believe credit where it’s due. From the very first call they were excellent, efficient ,polite and professional. The meeting ,valuation and pitch was first class. Instilled confidence immediately and we had no hesitation to choose HIBBERTS for our sale. Timing is of course a major factor in a house sale but their methods and attention to the viewings was superb. The viewings were carried out by either Will or Adrian themselves which is a huge point. They were enthusiastic, knew all the details and very professional at all times. This is an estate agent that you can trust and rely on for support. Their predictions were pretty much spot on. Their communications were absolutely brilliant, returned calls immediately if unavailable at the time and continually chased the purchasers to ensure completion took place. In all the whole process went pretty much like a piece of cake . I would highly recommend these gentleman to handle your house sale if you are looking for an honest and trustworthy, fair priced, smart , educated and professional agent.

Google5 star experience with Hibbert Homes. A completely different level than the competition I’ve dealt with. From initial contact with Damian, viewing with Adrian and then Dianne over email and phone, everything has been very quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to use Hibbert Homes and I hope to again in the near future.
