GoogleWe have dealt with trading places on a continuous basis for several years. They have always been exemplary in every aspect of the services they provide. Very professional prompt service . I can not fault the company . I have, in the main, dealt with Julie Mottram. Without her help we could not have achieved what we have achieved. GoogleWe were very troubled about finding a place to rent. While we met with Mehvish Linna of Trading Place Sale through a friend, she is a very professional and empathetic agent. When she knew our situation was urgent and asked about our requirements. She was quickly searched for a source for us and took us to viewing the house immediately. I definitely recommend Trading Place Sale, and I am very grateful to Mehvish Linna for her help. She is really a nice, kindness, helpful and patient person. Get along with her just like a friend.

GoogleHaving been invited to leave a review by t places here goes I was given a postcode only no name, number etc and had to search up and down northenden road. Next day the admin astnt was excellent and booked a viewing the following day. Very pleased and offered on the property but queried several things as i have a property portfolio for over 18 years managed by t places stretford. This was questioned by fiona! Turns out property was let on a 12 month rental 2 weeks before so wasnt for sale at all. My solicitor spoke to the franchisee who promised that i would be informed of future sales that were genuinely for sale. Latterly i was informed t/places sale would never do business with me again Comments there wasnt any business it didnt exist. Disfunctional, unprofessional, left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Appalling service. Care and caution needed. Maggie

GoogleMehvish was very helpful in aiding me and my partner to secure our rental property. She was very polite and understanding of what we were looking for, offering excellent customer service. The communication was open, (previous agents had been slow with replies) she provided all the details we needed and within less than a week she confirmed we had passed the referencing and had been selected by the landlord. We are very pleased- highly recommend! ☺️

GoogleI just bought a house listed by trading place. People are nice. Lee did the best viewing. Fiona also referred us a good law firm. There were several rounds of negotiations during the course but they were generally helpful. Overall experience was satisfactory .

GoogleLove these guys - the whole team are super. Whilst mainly we dealt with Chad (who is great) if he was unavailable for any reason another member of the team was able to help. Highly recommend selling with these guys.

GoogleChad, Clare and the team at Hibbert Homes were great during my recent purchase. Great communication, helped build a good relationship with the vendor, happy to pass on all sorts of enquiries and on top of things when the bottom of our chain got a bit messy.

GoogleI rented with them for only 6 months, however they are the easiest, reliable and professional estate agents I have ever rented with. I wish all estate agents were as organised and professional as them. I would 100% recommended if you ever want to rent with them. Massive thanks to Damian and Dianne.

GoogleThe Altrincham property market can be a depressing place at times, as you keep increasing your budget and still don’t necessarily get what you want! But I can honestly say that Hibbert Homes made the experience of buying in the area as seamless and clear as it could be. The communication was open, honest and timely. Will from Hibbert Homes kept us bang up to date on progress, gave us good advice throughout and played an active role in getting our purchase over the line. I honestly would recommend HH to anyone buying in the Altrincham area, and if we ever move again they’ll be the first number we call. Brilliant servicePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI had an issue with my front door handle, it snapped off and I was not able to open the door from my living room side, I was, a littler panicked and worried. I called Hibbert Homes and spoke with Dianne from the maintenance department, Dianne immediately put me at ease, she requested I send her photos of the door and the handle, this I did, Dianne then said that she would get someone over asap to hopefully get it fixed, within on hour there was a maintenance man here who had the issue sorted and a new handle fitted in no time. The customer service and repair was fantastic, I can’t thank them enough.
Dear Stephen, Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. We have a fantastic team of contractors who are always willing to go the extra mile. I will pass on your regards to him and Dianne. The team at Hibbert Homes
