GoogleHibbert Homes is what all estate agents should aspire to be. Totally reliable, professional and excellent value for money. Having engaged the company to both sell and rent property recently I can highly recommend Chad and Damian, respectively, to complete the process quickly and efficiently.

GoogleI have had an amazing experience with Hibbert Homes. They made our move in super easy and quick and always stayed in touch throughout the process. Sophie Booth has been exceptional with myself and Jake, quick and efficient responses and goes above and beyond to help us out. Thank you for making our move as stress free as possible!

GoogleWe've now bought and sold our first home with Hibbert Homes, that should in itself tell you how highly we rate these guys. From start to finish Will, Chad and the team have been fantastic and professional to deal with. A very smooth process and despite outside delays they remained patient and supportive all the way. Thanks team!

GoogleAfter experiencing a living nightmare for the last few months trying to find a suitable rental property (and having one fall through one week before we were due to move in), I truly was at my wits end when I finally found our perfect home with Hibbert Homes! Sophie Booth has been lovely and really accommodating throughout the process of getting our rental sorted. We have only just moved in but I am delighted at the attention to detail and how good of a condition the property is in. In my experience, rentals are usually a second thought for estate agents (which I understand as obviously they aren’t as lucrative as property purchases) but we’ve felt really looked after and thought about which has just been so nice, especially at such a stressful time. We even got a little box of treats when we picked up the keys, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. I hope to buy my own first property in the near future and would definitely look at Hibbert Homes as I know I can trust them!

GoogleThe best real estate company I have dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful responsive agents helped us find a new rental in Hale. Sophie arranged a viewing instantly after providing an expression of interest and we managed to view the property a few hours later. She then managed to quickly secure the property for us the next day! The agents also provided us with a nice gift pack on our move in date, welcoming us to the area which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

GoogleEmily has recently become our Property Manager and she is absolutely fantastic. She has updated us on any maintenance requests regularly and always checks in on us to ensure we have received the best service. She is an absolute asset to the Hibbert Team and we can’t wait to continue our tenancy whilst she is our point of reference. Many Thanks Emily

GoogleLast week we were shown around a property by Lee Hardiman and he was by far the best viewing agent we ever had. He was professional, friendly and gave some really good advice. We would definitely recommend Lee.

GoogleWe have several letting properties with TP. Both Julie & Mev are very professional & most importantly they are always on the other end of phone. Much better than big letting agents which offer Proptech based apps with no ultimate responsibility. We are already fed up with those agents & moving more properties over to TP. Julie automatically does rent reviews for us & repair are always done with our approval only. There is no one better than Mev & Julie in Sale for letting & managing properties.

GoogleWe had a viewing booked yesterday and Lee was showing us the property. We have been viewing properties since a year now but never met any agent as friendly and warm like Lee. The way he gives the tour of the property and shares the information is truly commendable.
