Googlehigh efficient communication, very helpful staff, and highly recommended service! To put your property in good hands like trading places will make your property sale smooth, safe and peace of mind. Overall the best service I have ever had from the property agents so far!

GoogleIt has been a very good experience as we had not moved house for the past 25 years so we needed help and we definitely got it with trading places who did their upmost to sell our house and make sure we got the right price for it. Everything was very professional but also personalised to us and our needs. We thank trading places for making our dream a reality.

GoogleThank you to Fiona and the girls for selling my house. I have always used trading places in Sale and the service they provide is always second to none. My mum also used them to sell her house last week. Her sale went through extremely smoothly. Thank you so much xx

GoogleReviewing on behalf of my mum and dad. Fiona and her team were so efficient and professional throughout the process from putting their house up for Sale to handing over the keys at the finish. Fiona was very informative throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend trading places. A five star service.

GoogleSubmitted on behalf of Mark, Fiona and Paul. Our house sale could not have run smoother with their promise of taking away as much stress as possible completely adhered to. Compared to other estate agents in the area, I would not hesitate in recommending putting your trust in their very friendly, approachable and efficient team, especially with Fiona living in the Sale area with her local knowledge being a great benefit when helping prospective buyers consider the area!

Google100% not recommended.. They will loot you for money and life .
Dear Don, sorry to hear you were unhappy at the end of your tenancy. Our 3rd party company do a fair assessment of any damage, and unfortunately the landlord has had to spend a substantial amount to get the property back to a rentable condition.
