A challenging valuation to meet but nevertheless met with energy, hard work and some skill by Matt @ Harwell Estates. One can only comment as you find and if you happen to be selling a property in Bedale and the surrounding area I would recommend Harwell Estates - I would add that their fee structure was more than fair. I would highly recommend Harwell Estates. I dealt with Liz Whitehead who has been excellent.. She showed prospective buyers round as requested and when an offer was put in and accepted she kept everybody in the loop as to what was happening until completion. I went for the option of paying upfront and I feel that in no way did I get a lower rate of service than if I had gone for the usual percentage one

We asked Harwell Estates to market our house for sale. We were a little nervous as it was at a time of year when the market tends to slow down. We needn't have worried, within 3 weeks our house was under multiple offers. Harwell Estates marketed the property excellently. I would highly recommend their professional photographer service as this really added to our listing and sparked a lot of interest straight away. Although clearly busy, they have always been on hand to answer any questions we have had, to give us advice or just keep us up to date on progress. I would highly recommend Harwell Estates.

Highly recommended! Harwell Estates has transformed the Estate Agency market in Bedale. We have our property for sale with them at the moment and Matt works tirelessly. They deliver the three things you hope you will get from an agent, low fees, great communication and viewings. I can ring him 8am to 8pm any day of the week and he is always happy to talk. Who else does that, in any any industry?
