We all know buying a house is an extremely stressful experience. However, the stress is greatly reduced when you are ably assisted by a consummate team like the staff at Hartley Estates New Ash Green. Phone calls are answered promptly and enquiries resolved with a desire to provide assistance and support. A special mention needs to be made to Holly Hughesdon who handled my purchase. She made herself readily available and was quick to respond to, and overcome, any issues. The New Ash Green team sets an example of how all estate agents should perform.

Really fantastic service from Hartley Estates. We have recently sold with them and have also bought with them in the past. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly, as well as being knowledgeable about properties and processes. We can not rate them highly enough. We would strongly recommend Hartley Estates as your go to local estate agents. They have been established in New Ash Green for many years and have unswervingly stayed true to their ethos.

In a chain of six there was plenty that could have gone wrong - and it did! Without the perseverance of Holly there was a real danger that the chain would have collapsed. Holly ensured that this did not happen and we will be eternally grateful. She was always at the end of the phone and knew more of what was happening than anyone else. Somewhat unusually, as we don’t normally endorse any service, we can’t speak highly enough of her advice and guidance.

In my honest opinion, Hartley Estates, are top tier. From the start to the end of purchasing my new home, Holly, Jo, and Teresa were some of the kindest, responsive, approachable, and professional people I have encountered. They always kept me up to date, were very knowledgeable and helpful, quick to respond and help if I had any questions or if they needed to keep me in the loop about anything. I honestly can't thank them enough for making everything such a smooth process. Great people who do act in your best interest and don't make you feel pressured into anything.

I had a great experience with this estate agent when buying my new home. They (Jo, Holly & Teresa) were really friendly and approachable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
