I used a day office at Regus Paddington recently and had a really good experience. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re coming through Paddington Station. The place itself is clean, modern, and well looked after, perfect for getting some work done. Everything was ready when I arrived, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable with no issues. It was nice and quiet too, so it was easy to stay focused all day. The staff were friendly and helpful, made check-in quick and easy, and were around if I needed anything without being in the way. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you need a flexible workspace for the day. I’d definitely use it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy office option in London.

The reception team was impeccable. Stella, in particular, along with her colleague (whose name I unfortunately did not remember , apologies), demonstrated true executive-level capability. We've been with Regus for a few years and I am so greatful for Palma and Gilberto they both encompass a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, they are professional friendly, helpful and understanding always going above and behond when possible. It can be very busy and back to back on most days so its always a plus to have a proactive management and front of house team on board to ensure efficiancy. I would recommend this branch as they have excellent ongoing service are warm and won't dissapoint. Thanks for all your help, it has greatly been appreciated.

Honestly the worst. They hike their rent up massively. One of our increases was over 100%. Most tenants move to the clockwise ultimately, so save yourself the pain and just go there in the first place. We constantly experienced the smell of Mariana on our floor. We had the police question in because someone in the building was shouting sexual abuse out of the window. I damage my car getting out of the car park by having to drive up a footpath as the barrier wouldn't work. I was given a fob that opened every door in the building. Great security. Front door was constantly left open. I witnessed a fight in the communal hall ways. I could honestly write an essay.

The last time I’m visited was pre covid the build itself is alway clean and the security are always friendly. The Regus is modern, well looked after and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
