GoogleWe sold our family home through Foster & Co and found the whole team to be an absolute delight to work with from start to finish.
Ed carried out our valuation and gave us an honest and realistic assessment of the property, which helped us agree on an asking price we felt really comfortable with. Rodger then created the walkthrough video for the marketing, which looked fantastic, along with the professional photography.
Jessie took care of the viewings and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was personable, friendly and incredibly easy to deal with, and I always felt confident knowing the viewings were in good hands.
Once the property had sold, Jessie continued to check in with us regularly while the legal work was progressing, keeping things moving and stepping in to help wherever needed. Having that continued communication and support made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.
A huge thank you to the whole Foster & Co team for making the sale of our family home such a positive experience and, most importantly, for getting us moving! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAlthough we did not sell through Foster and Co we purchased a property through them, it was a chain and towards completion the bottom of the chain got complicated. Nick at Fosters and Co was great, calm, professional and went the extra mile to ensure the chain held and we managed to buy our new home. I cannot stress enough here how great it is to use local estate agents, part of our chain was with a corporate and this is where information flow and getting access to the right people. GoogleWe had purchased our Hove house with Ed Foster and Rodger Heasman six years ago as the selling agents and so when it came to sell they were our natural choice as we had been so impressed. Their enthusiasm to sell (whatever the market), honesty, humour and diligence were just the same as we remembered.
This time we also had the fabulous Jessie Foster on board as our showing agent and we felt completely confident in her knowledge about the property and natural selling flare.
