Google*DISCRIMINATION* at it's worst, being told property not suitable for my son's (condition) Also being told (properties not suitable for you) Preventing property viewing and telling me that just because you call first dosnt mean you can view (Don't bother with property alerts then?) So glad I had calls on speaker phone as witnessed by special needs social worker and now been advised to take this to Property Ombudsman! *Awful experience*

GoogleDon’t use this estate agent unless you know them! They don’t treat applicants fairly and prioritise their “friends” over anyone else! They have basically lied to me over the last week saying my application would be considered and no viewings were happening when the neg was doing viewings while off sick (with covid!) and the property had already gone. Very dishonest way to run a business even by estate agent standards. Would not trust them one bit! P.S! Following Finns “response”, I whole heartedly disagree! How you can say a property suits one person more than another is impossible if you never even considered anyone else! Offering 1 person a viewing and having the office tell EVERY OTHER APPLICANT there are no viewings as the neg is “off sick” (clearly well enough to offer one person a viewing) is underhanded and dishonest! So yes - FINNS do lie!
Hi Michelle. I've looked into this and I'm pleased to reassure you that our team didn't mislead you. We introduced this property to a recent applicant (for a different property), but thought this one would suit them better. It was a good opportunity to bring an ideal tenant together with a great landlord - even while our agent was unwell. Please don't be put off of applying for Finn's managed properties - if there's an opportunity to match make tenants, properties and landlords, we think that's a proactive, helpful way to work.

GoogleI was told I had to move out of my flat after living there for 15 years, with three months notice; quite a frightening situation, especially in today's economic environment. But within 2 months I had found my dream home and signed my tenancy lease. I have been so impressed by the estate agent Lisa Banford's approach to helping me find a home; it has been a friendly, relaxed and an efficient experience. I also found the Finns' email alerts helpful and the website easy to use and see quickly if there's anything suitable. As a tenant, I highly recommend Finns and Lisa Bamford. GoogleNobody answers the phone. I have to fill in masses of information and give all my details over before they answer a simple question. In response to your reply. I have double checked and it was most definitely you. My contact would have come in via the website and the reply sent to my e-mail. You wouldn't have had either of those to be able to check them. I was just asking if a guarantor would be acceptable and received a reply stating to organise a viewing I would need to give an awful lot of information. I called several times to say that I did not need to arrange a viewing just yet just a query but no response. This was terribly disappointing as the property is now stc. I have 7 years in my current property that my Landlord wishes to sell, which we have added value to and never missed a rental payment and was looking for a home that we would be in for at least 7, most likely 10 years due to the high school my children won't be starting at for another 5 years.
We don't have any record of you being in contact with us Stacey. We haven't asked you for information and wonder if you have mixed us up with another agent.
