GoogleCalled regarding a rental property, 2nd attempt with this company, told the person I needed to speak to was busy, 2 weeks later, still no phone call back, chased up and again nothing. Second time this has happened with Dee Atkinson, very poor, wouldn't bother wasting your time.

GoogleFrom the start of the process of looking for a property nothing was too much trouble for Romilly. She was very responsive to any queries I had and kept me in the loop throughout. Thank you Romilly we are so grateful to you for helping us to secure our lovely home :)

GoogleStaff are very friendly, organised and easy to do business with. I find their property photos are realistic and not airbrushed or disproportional. I have used them for all areas of residential sales, letting and valuations.

GoogleWe were looked after by Ashleigh and Lucy and they were amazing. Went above and beyond what would generally be expected and provided outstanding customer service. Cannot thank these ladies enough for all their hard work. Ashleigh managed our expectations and kept one step ahead all the time. Thank you so much.

GoogleAlthough I was selling my late mum's house remotely, I was given every confidence by the staff at Dee Atkinson & Harrison, who sold the house three times for me. I was kept fully informed throughout the process which, eventually, was exceptionally smooth and trouble-free and I can't thank Ashleigh and Paige enough for their exceptional support.

GoogleFrom the very first viewing, where Wendy was very informative and could see my enthusiasm and encouraged me, to subsequent viewings and dealings with Ashleigh, the help and support we received was first rate. Ashleigh always had time to help with queries and if she wasn't around others in the office helped too. We had been house hunting for over a year and dealt with many local agents, but Dee Atkinson & Harrison were the best. Friendly, approachable, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, empathetic, an absolute masterclass in customer care, we always felt valued and important. Although we have no plans to move from our beautiful home, if we ever were to sell, they are the only agents we would use. Thank you all!

We are sorry you felt it was necessary to leave a one star review because a property you enquired about was no longer available for viewing. This was due to circumstances out of our control and we called you back promptly after you enquired. Although we can understand you being disappointed that it was no longer available, but we can't help but feel that it is unfair to review us so badly in such a public way, when we were just doing our job.

GoogleThe team at Dee Atkinson & Harrison did an amazing job selling my flat. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was nervous selling at auction as I'd never done it before, but they made the whole process easy and stress free. Best of all I got a great price for my property! No regrets. I'd definitely recommend this estate agency 10/10

GoogleI have instructed Dee Atkinson and Harrison now on three occasions. I have always dealt with Jeanette. I have always felt that Jeanette has been friendly and professional. I do believe Jeanette has helped me a lot. Thank you for being patient with me! I would recommend Dee Atkinson and Harrison to manage rental properties / undertake tenant finds.
