FacebookAwful so far. Trying to arrange viewing to see a house advertised by them. Phoned 3 times with the promise of a ring back. Got one voicemail, rang back still no answer or reply. Also sent 2 request form through their website with no reply.

Lauran, sorry your experience hasn't been the best. Our sales agents have been very busy in the run up to Christmas. Please accept our apologies.

Facebookthey are quite incompetent TBH, I bought property from them, they lost their vendor several thousand pounds advising a closing date rather than my offer. They also didn't have all legal documents in place to allow the sale to go through and caused a 2 month delay in the entry. Then to top it off their managing director lodged an objection to a planning application on the property. Would I use or recommend???? only that you steer clear of them.
Agent replied · 22 February 2026
We acted on our client’s instructions and we will not comment further regarding the sale as you were not, and are not, a client of D&R. The planning issue you highlighted was a matter for public scrutiny and planning policy. Our Managing Director lodged an objection as a member of the public, not in the name of our Company and his objection was upheld by the planning authority.
