GoogleOwner occupier of a DWH IVO Tiverton Devon. Nice house that's well built and finished. However once customer feedback survey is complete, ~ 6months after completion, after sales care took a real nose dive! We were promised that the children's play park and site access would be complete Q4 2021, however these have still not been addressed. We live on what was marketed as a "great place for families", however the nearest play park is almost a mile away, we are still having to use the "interim" access to where we live, which is severeley potholed, has no footpath and is only wide enough for one way traffic. We have 3 children under 5, so in order for them to burn off some energy we have to get in the car and drive to a neighbouring village. CC wont reply to emails and continually fail to return calls when seeking information ref these issues, even Exeter CC manager is unwilling to take/return a phone call. Really disheartening as good customer care is mostly about effective communication, and is inexpensive, being evasive is very unhelpful!
