GoogleVery.much like a suburb of London Regeneration no this a complete rebuild with little to recommend it. Pricey housing with no real character.

GoogleVery overbuilt now the flats are awful to many people not enough docs and dentists schools and parkings mad ..south oxheys so changed . I dont like it far to crowded .experienceing new rude people more crime ..

GoogleHas changed the face of south oxhey. Now it looks crowded and overbearing. Totally different from the open square area we had before. The buildings look nice and uniform in presentation. Few shops that are really nice as newly fitted out. Hoping they can maintain that level in future. I guess the area needed regeneration. Nice housing but very costly in this financial day and age.
