FacebookClinton's in the Dartford Office were the agents we bought our house through and they were very good at updating us throughout our transaction. Valerie Lever who worked there at the time was excellent and provided updates and information to us throughout the process. On the afternoon of our completion and in picking up the keys again all the staff were very welcoming and gave us a lovely welcome to our new home.

GoogleThe worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent ! A property came on the market myself and my partner were very interested in viewing and of course potentially buying and the day the property appeared on rightmove I rung the estate agent to book a viewing.. receptionist took all of my details and said an agent would call back, fast forward 48hrs and no call back so decided to call once more as had hoped for a viewing that week. Spoke again to a receptionist who chased up... fast forward another week and still no response ! Rung for a 3rd time almost 2 weeks since the property had come on the market and the receptionist was very apologetic and promised I would receive a call back... another week has gone by and no response! Actually feel sorry for the owners of the property as they have no idea that the lack of communication from this estate agent is potentially loosing them sales . If you want to sell your home I suggest you don’t use Clifton and co :)

GoogleForm beginning to end this was a positive experience . Excellent sales photos and promotion . Helpful staff always ready to answer any questions we hadn’t moved for 30yrs . Many Thanks to all at Clifton’s .

FacebookContacted on the 25th Feb 2020 regarding rental property, Got a reply on 26th asking me to call them. said I was unable to call (due to hearing disability) and asked to communicate via email. I have not heard back despite 3 emails, including one to head office. The fact my emails have been ignored indicates to me that this company is not disability friendly.
Still o response from this company since contacting them. Clearly discriminative and do not want the business. Head office contacted and also chose to ignore me.
