GoogleBought a Cala house in different development 4/5 years ago. None of the planned planting next to the house has been completed leaving eyesore overgrown mess next to the estate. Front of the house render has water leaking in and you can see the shape of the brickwork behind the render when it rains - apparently totally normal. So normal that the damp you see on the inside when it rains is also normal. They visited multiple times and won't fix it - they stuck a bit of silicone over part of the vents (pic attached). NHBC also also useless. Frontdoor incorrectly fitted and been leaking under the door under the amtico flooring, and the chipboard is soaked and started to break apart. Didn't fit any ventilation in the loft spaced, and left pressure testing kit attached. Put a screw through the electrical wires fitting the kitchen and didnt bother to fix, just leaving the extraction fan and outside lights disconnected instead. And more.... how it passed inpection to be signed off I have no idea.

GoogleWe moved to new Cala Development at Princes Quay just over a year ago and really love the location ! Right beside Village Hotel (buses into city centre v frequent; closest tube: Cessnock). Sales team are amazing- so helpful and client focused. Especially: Vickie Steven-Curtis - just wonderful!! 🌟 - also we had great support from Astrid, Fiona and Matthew - the team help you with the whole process ~ viewing, welcome, settling in, sorting all manner of issues and acting for you, to liaise with all relevant work professionals to make sure all is well with your new home...Scott our original project manager was also ace! ✨✨
