GoogleBowen's have been excellent in every way, due to complications , mainly with probate it has been a long process to purchase our property. We dealt mostly with Alison at Bowen's, who has been brilliant, constantly updating and advising us, helping us with any queries we had. We have no hesitation in recommending Bowen's to everybody, a very professional company to deal with

GoogleI cannot recommend Bowens Estate Agents in Oswestry highly enough. Andrew was very friendly and professional when he first came to view the house and throughout the process. Allison has been wonderful… keeping us informed at all times and being a friendly, understanding voice to chat through any issues. Thank you so much to all at Bowens.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Bowen and found them to be a pleasure to work with throughout. We were very happy with advertising and photos for the property. We were also really pleased with how engaged, supportive and helpful Bowen were throughout every step of the process, from arranging viewings, getting feedback from viewers and then onwards from the accepted offer through to the final completion.

GoogleFrom start to finish Bowen have been so professional, kind and supportive. The house we were selling is a bit of a one off and meant that many viewings took place. Their understanding of our particular situation and ability to take family needs into consideration have been so good. We’d especially like to thank Andrew, Allison and Henry. We are so grateful.

GoogleTried to buy a flat above a shop, didn't bother to tell me this was a commercial property, paid over £1000 and my mortgage fell through at the end because of it, managed to recoup £500 but because of these, I lost £520, just beware, they knew exactly that it was a commercial property but kept trying to sell it to me anyway...

GoogleThe Ellesmere Bowen team are fantastic. Very professional, reliable, experienced and knowledgeable. They successfully sold my house and made everything very easy for me. Their clear communication throughout and the feedback they provided made the selling process very smooth. Compared to the other, local agents, they are head and shoulders above the pack. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotBowen Estate Agents - Best Agent I've Ever Used
I have just used Bown's in Oswestry to sell my rental property. From start to finish they were amazing and as an ex estate agent myself I don't give out praise lightly! Every time I had a viewing I received an email and feedback. They quickly achieved a sale and monitored it and chased the whole way through. This has been one of the most simple and quick sales I have ever experienced, if only all estate agents were this good!

GoogleEnquired about a property today. The estate agent on the phone was rude, she didn’t listen or read anything I had put on the property interest form (sent by email). Multiple things I had to repeat to her. Both the estate agent and the Landlord discriminated against the fact that I am in a sticky situation with finances (having to resort in person situation and ending up on UC whilst waiting to hear back from jobs whilst being a full time single parent as well as other things). When I confronted the estate agent about it’s against the law to discriminate those who are facing difficult situations (ie on uc) she got all defensive and didnt seem to listen, (previously rented for 4years so I no how rental works and I had help from uc with rent) I wouldn’t recommend these estate agents, rude and arrogant. Clearly are unaware about the law that passed that to stop landlords from discriminating those who have help from the gov. Will be reporting them to correct channels about discrimination I had received from them earlier on today

GoogleWe first engaged with Bowen Estate Agents for a probate valuation which was free. And then went on to advertise a property with them. We found the whole team to be professional, polite, knowledgeable and reliable, and very hard working. The gentleman doing the viewings went above and beyond, They wrote an excellent profile for the property, and worked very hard on our behalf. They use multiple platforms, and social media and traditional methods to advertise. And as a result reached a wide audience. Once offers were received they were quick to interact with all parties. They worked exceptionally hard for us, in a very competitive environment. These qualities make them stand out above the competition Plus they are a well established company, with years of local knowledge who have recently rebranded, making them unique Highly recommend.
