GoogleThe service from Laura has been brilliant. She understands the views from both tenants and landlords alike and liaises accordingly. All correspondence and documentation have been forwarded to me promptly. Any decisions made by either party have been confirmed in writing, which I think is an integral part of customer service. I sincerely hope this level of service continues in Laura's absence.

GoogleThe dream team, Matt and Jez were amazing, they sold my son and daughter-in-laws home and the service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. We were kept up to date every step of the way from viewing feedback to seeing the sale through to completion. Many thanks Matt & Jez.

GoogleI thought of selling my house in Tividale. I contacted Billingham Taylor as they were already advertising another property on our road. A very professional person from the agency visited us and gave us a full overview of the property and what the agents would do. They were the most professional estate agents I have ever used. I have dealt with at least 10 agents in the past. The day I agreed the for sale board was up. They advertised my property on the net. They texted me every time anybody booked an appointment to view the property. After the viewing they would call to give the prospective buyers feedback on the property. They also regularly emailed me to give in update and any offers. They also advised me on whether to accept or wait for a higher offer. I sold my property with the superb guidance and experience of the agents. I would sincerely recommend Billingham Taylor to anyone considering selling their property. They made the whole process appear so simple that I could not thank them enough, in my experience selling a car was rather much more difficult process. Very professional staff, 100% spot on. I normally don't write reviews but to not write this time would be an injustice to the agency and also to people considering selling in the area.

GoogleJon Hadley was the most amazing estate agent I've ever met and urge you to use Billingham Taylor. He guided me through every step of the sale from start to finish and replied to every email I sent straight away, I was an impatient seller and he had the patience of a saint. A truly fantastic service and I would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWe used Billingham Taylor because they are a small friendly company, who, along with a good local knowledge ,give the personal touch. Their communication skills are second to none and the follow up process is faultless. We made the mistake, in the beginning, of trusting a larger agent but were very quickly disappointed. They sold our house and we purchased our next property fthrough them and would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them several times.
