GoogleWe arranged a viewing of a rental property. Little did we know that it was a block viewing. It was a total charade, very uncomfortable bumping into other viewers. Felt like a total waste of time for all the people attending the viewing, and went to the 'highest bidder'. I wouldn't recommend them, and certainly wont be viewing any of their properties again.

GoogleVery satisfied with all aspects of the sale of my house. Billingham offered an "All In One Service" combining Energy Performance Certificate, Estate Agent and Conveyancing fees on a no sale no fee basis. My main contact was with Giles at the Stourbridge Office. A professional approach to the sale of the house was employed which secured a selling price above my expectations. Even though the property was empty I was notified of all potential viewings and was given feedback of each viewing. After a sale was negotiated subject to contract, they kept me informed of the progress, easing the communication with the purchasers and their appointed solicitor. I have written this review as a thank you and have no vested interest in writing it.

GoogleVery terrible experience with this agency. No respect to potential tenant. During viewing I was asked to remove shoes, which I find logical since I am not walking around my own house with shoes on and I understand that landlord might not want dirt from outside in his/hers property. However property was just finished and floor was full of post construction dust. Lady from this letting agency was already provided with shoe covers, while my socks were collecting all this dust just to dirty my shoes inside. When I have decided to apply to a property, they have kept me disinformed whether or not I can move in, made qualifying tournament type situation treating this like some kind of free of charge reward to the chosen one lucky to live in such property. Later on nobody bothered to contact me on time that was given to me as time of decision whether I qualified or not. The lady that I was taken "care" of had some sort forced politeness and very negative body language. Next week from appointed time I was contacted by a gentleman who stated that I did not qualify providing no reason. The thing I wonder now is whether this situation with decision and attitude was because I am foreign. I would like to also point that I did not even qualify to referencing stage so I can't even tell what was wrong with me. Was it my name? Last name? Date of Birth? Nationality? It felt like I was too primitive foreigner to live in their "modern residence", and kept me as reserve in case nobody worthy would appear.

We had bad experiences with other estate agents and have lost propertied due to their incompetence. Thanks again to Jamie and the team

GoogleFantastic from start to finish. Me and my wife recently purchased a house and had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie Evans of Billingham Taylor. I must say it was one of the most stressful things I have ever done and if it wasn't for Jamie it would have been unbearable. We were kept informed of how the sale was going on a regular basis and any time I needed anything, he never failed to answer or get back to me in a very fast response time. We had problems with our solicitors but Jamie put in alot of work on my behalf and sorted the whole thing out and went far and beyond what he should really have to do. I can't recommend Billingham Taylor enough. Thank you.

From initial valuation and a professional introduction to the sale process right through to completion. He has been a reliable go to person, clear communication throughout the whole process.
