I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Ziad Hijazi during the process of securing my new apartment. His professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of the property market truly stood out and made the entire experience not only smooth, but genuinely enjoyable. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Ziad possesses a remarkable depth of expertise. He demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the local market, explained every detail of the process with clarity and confidence, and anticipated questions and concerns before they even arose. His ability to communicate complex information in a reassuring and easy-to-understand manner gave me great peace of mind at every step. In addition to his technical knowledge, Ziad handled every interaction with utmost professionalism. He was prompt, courteous, transparent, and incredibly responsive qualities that are all too rare and very much appreciated. He struck the perfect balance between being friendly and approachable while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism throughout. I am now happily settled into my new home, and I truly believe that the positive outcome was due in large part to Ziad dedication and guidance. You are very fortunate to have someone of his calibre on your team, and I hope his efforts are recognised as such. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him once again and thank you for fostering a team that values such outstanding service.

We had a wonderful experience renting a house with Beauchamp. Ziad Hijazi was the agent who helped make this happen. He was incredibly professional and a stark difference to other experiences I had in London with other agencies. He was in constant contact with us to make sure we had all the information necessary. This really couldn’t have happened without him. Thank you Ziad! If you’re looking for a real estate agent in London, he’s the one to go to!

We contacted several real estate agents until we were fortunate enough to find Ziad Hijazi. He has been the most professional agent I have ever encountered. I have rented properties in Spain and Mexico and not even the best one is as knowledgeable, customer oriented and supportive as Ziad. He made it possible for us to lease the property we needed and guided us all through the process. Highly recommended!!!
