This is the worst estate agents I have had the misfortune to be involved with . I offered on a property they were marketing and my offer was accepted , Joel was extremely helpful throughout the offer process , I was asked to visit their office on Thursday 13th June to sign forms which i did at around 1.30pm . The following day I had a voicemail telling me there had been another offer on the property and the vendor had chosen to go with them . I was very surprised by this as the property had been on the market for six months with Wynne and walker plus two other agents yet suddenly the day after I sign papers someone else made an offer . When I spoke to Darren I asked why the property had not been taken off the market when my offer was accepted , he said it was but the people who had made the offer had viewed two weeks earlier and only just come forward with an offer , another member of staff had told me there had been no other interest in the property . Darren said the other buyers were first time buyers and so I asked if they had a mortgage to which he replied " we are just waiting for confirmation of funds " , therefore they were already in the process of arranging the sale with the other buyers before they had phoned me to give me the option of increasing my offer . Darren said all he could do was submit another offer for me but he couldn't tell me what the other buyers offer was . I declined because of the disgusting way I had been treated . I had made a good offer , my property was under offer with a first time buyer who had a confirmed mortgage and I would have been a cash buyer . I thought this sort of behaviour was illegal these days , not when you buy a property with these agents apparently .

Darren, Tony and the team are fantastic, always happy to talk and guide you through sales and lettings. It is easy to say an estate agents is good if they can sell your home, however the charisma and energy that the team bring and how they apply it to the property market makes this estate agency great. I have used them consistently now for over a year and I plan on continuing to use them going forward. Great job guys, a well built, well maintained business with the client at the heart of it.

Excellent service from start to finish. needed a bigger house asap due to imminent new arrival, I didn't even realise I could rent my property and buy another, the service here has been excellent. Advice was brilliant. To top it off they rented my house within 6 days of moving out & the tenant has been in for about 3 months now with no problems. Let's hope it stays that way! Darren, Tony & Terry were all all excellent, along with a couple of others who's name has evaded me. Recommended to anyone.

I bought a lovely Bungalow off them at Beech Avenue Anderton. Darren was a total Professional from start to finish, every step of the way. I was so impressed that I asked him to find a tenant for my mums house the other side of Wigan in Abram. Again in no time at we have a lovely tenant moved couldn't ask for more. When I phoned up even if I didn't leave a message he immediately called me back. Thank you everyone at Wyn and Walker - Simply the best better than all the rest 👍

Fantastic estate agents! Put our house on the market on the Wednesday and had 3 viewings booked in for the weekend which became an offer on our house. Regularly kept in contact throughout the whole process and arranged meetings with our buyer to discuss any queries along the way! We were recommended by a friend to Terry Walker at Wynn & Walker. I'm so glad they did as we were first time Landlords and Terry couldn't have be more helpful. He does know the industry inside out with it's many rules and regulations. He showed professionalism and patience with us due to our many queries and questions we fired at him. Terry will talk to you 7 days a week, up until 10 o'clock at night and the same goes for our tenants which must be unheard of in this industry. He will also do viewings out of hours, again 7 days and also will vet prospective tenants in their homes. Surely, also unheard of? Their fees are very reasonable and judging by other reviews, I've seen, tenants fees are considered reasonable too. My only concern was that our property let was in Bolton/Blackburn outside the Chorley area in which they are based but it didn't seem to make any difference in the end as we did let it quite quickly. Would heartily recommend to anyone.

What a refreshing change. My wife and I are local landlords and after engaging with a number of local agents, it was evident from the outset these guys were the best. We first came across them when buying a property, but after a bad experience with an agent in Chorley that was round the corner for work, we thought we’d give W&W a try. Only to be informed that they replied accusing me of not being a genuine customer and implying that it was some sort of conspiracy to discredit them. Not a good way of describing a possible customer. Terry Walker was our main point of contact throughout our long term rental in Bolton and I cannot rate him and Wynn & Walker any higher. They are available until very late every day, are really quick to respond and so helpful. They go above and beyond for anyone - it's a shame not all agents are like this. If you are selling a property or looking at renting and you're thinking of using them, all I can say is I would recommend them highly as they go the extra mile - even when they don't need to!
