GoogleDoug and his team are great! During a protracted selling process they went above and beyond with support, which included weekly visits to check on the property. Doug kept us informed on all developments and chased up those involved in the purchase. For a friendly efficient and helpful service, I would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleDoug and the team have rented out my property for many years, I have always found Doug to be responsive , always prepared to go the extra mile and has always swiftly found me suitable tenants when the property has become vacant. He has recently sold a property in a very swift 33 days from offer to completion. As a complete novice in selling a property Doug has guided me through the whole process as seamlessly as possible and has been happy to answer my endless questions with great patience. GoogleDoug has been a great, respectful and helpful estate agent. He made the process of renting, organising all the paperwork and leaving the apartment, smooth and very straightforward. It also felt like you were valued and he appreciated your individual situation. Very often estate agents can try and put pressure on you to rent a particular place often lying about it's popularity etc... but Doug was very upfront and honest. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for find a place to rent or even seeking to rent out themselves. One of a kind estate agent, I have a feeling both landlord and tenant have the exact same experience.

GoogleI have been using Oxfordshire Estates to successfully let my Abingdon property for the last 18 years. I cannot praise Doug and his team enough for all their work over that time. Very professional yet friendly and approachable with any problems that have been encountered. Another big plus has also been their relationship with the tenants. When I decided to sell I had no hesitation in using them as my agent. In what proved to be a difficult sale through no fault of Oxfordshire Estates, Doug was a massive help to me in getting the deal done. As usual nothing was too much trouble. To sum up I have no hesitation in recommending Oxfordshire Estates for either letting or sales.

GoogleI have had several properties from Doug and the team over the years and had nothing but a positive experience. It’s so nice to get that personal touch from a business these days and not just be another number, viewings were not always easy with my schedule but the team always did everything possible to accommodate me with nothing ever being too much trouble. Sadly I am moving out of the local area but should I return I will definitely be looking for a property with Oxfordshire Estates again, I cannot recommend them enough!
