The Trusted AgentExcellent service - delighted
Aled and Joanne did a fantastic job selling a very idiosyncratic property in what was quite a short time. Not only did they give sound advice from the start, they presented an excellent and accurate picture of our property. They found a buyer quickly, despite the unusual nature of the property, and helped tremendously to smooth the progress of sale, and also helped with advice and managing the contact with the chain above us. Their efficiency and attention to detail were exemplary, at every stage. They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and of course, highly skilled in negotiating and explaining to all sides what was happening. They kept in close contact with our solicitors and others in the chain, and relieved us of much of the hassle from above. Thank you Aled and Joanne, for all your hard work in achieving the end result - we are delighted with your services and recommend you most heartily.
