GoogleI have dealt with Peter Large Abergele on two recent purchases and they have been fabulous. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I dealt mainly with Alice, Darren abs Jackie they were all very knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to arrange viewings and assist with a speedy and smooth transaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They would be the first agent I would contact for any property transactions.

GoogleI bought a house off Peter large and here to tell you they seem to be the only estate agents that take true pictures of a house what you see is what you get, I viewed about 20 house's and they were all a good size until you get there and there hutches, the lovely young girl that showed us the house was very noligable in the property and helpful all ways, the office I talk to Darren how is so helpful and friendly and understanding, there all second to no agents so here to tell you all you won't be disappointed with Peter large

GoogleWe purchased our property through Peter Large Estate Agents and they were fantastic. Very professional and helpful. When we went to pick up the keys we received a lovely card and box of goodies, we were so thankful. I would highly recommend.

FacebookJust completed on my mums house during lockdown- service has been fantastic from initial valuation through accompanied viewings to completion- I feared the agreed sale would fall through due to a global pandemic and being unable to come into Wales but the team worked their magic and hey presto its happened. Phone calls and paperwork always answered promptly with a friendly manner and they always knew who I was. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

FacebookWhat a terrible service. Promised many things to sell my property but few came to fruition. Despite putting my property on the market at the suggested price by the agent she provided only 2 viewings in 8 weeks. Neither of which were suitable. Clearly hadn't asked their needs. Shockingly one was insistent on having a grassed lawn. We have gravel. Really? That's quite an obvious question. We were promised stats from the website twice. Never received them. We were promised regular calls. Never had them unless we called her. We gave 2 weeks notice in writing which was not acknowledged. I asked for the For Sale boards to be removed 6 days ago. They're still there now. Ridiculous. And just another point. A pocket camera is never going to take decent photos of a house. I had to provide many of the interior shots myself. Invest in your equipment.

FacebookPeter Large lettings manage 2 properties for me in North Wales. As I live a significant distance from the properties it is essential that the houses are professionally managed by a diligent and cooperative agent and in this regard I could not recommend Peter Large Lettings more highly. The team are courteous and efficient and will often go the extra mile to ensure that each tenancy runs as smoothly as possible. They have also been prompt and effective in resolving maintenance and accounting issues. I have used other agents in the area but in my opinion, Peter Large Lettings offer the best service at reasonable rates.

GoogleI recently moved house after 25 years in the same place. My experience with Peter Large was excellent. All the staff were helpful, accommodating and above all understanding. I think they went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Even after I moved they assisted with a query I had, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

GoogleThey are marketing a property that their vendor does not have permission to sell. 10 months into the transaction and considerable expense. For a property their vendor doesn't have permission to sell. Be warned!

FacebookFantastic team, professional and friendly, focusing on the little details that make all the difference in managing a smooth sale. Having sold two houses with them, I would highly recommend them.
Thank you Jane. It was a pleasure helping you with your move.

FacebookPeter large Prestatyn sold yet another house for us. We found that the Directors, manager and all their sales team were commited helpful and knowledgable. We really liked that all sales staff were taken to see the property so that they could answer any questions that would arise from prospective buyers. We could not have had better service. Well done and thank you all.

FacebookAmazing service from Pam, Leslie, Emily, Gemma and Rhian who all helped our sale and purchase go through. They were an excellent link between the solicitor, buyer and vendor. Often being the ones that got issues sorted. Thanks so much girls we really appreciate all you've done. We will definitely recommend Peter Large Prestatyn to everyone.
