I have no hesitation in highly recommending Fine & Country Abergavenny. We bought our home in 2015 through the Agency and I remember particularly Melanie’s tenacity in finding property that met our demands. Having been on the market with another agent for some months, we were exhausted and deflated. Deciding to list with Mel & Heather at Fine & Country (who should have been our first and only call) instantly put us at ease, we were in the hands of professionals. Not only was the experience enjoyable, the process from marketing, to viewings, to offers was achieved within 10 days and all parties were in a strong and proceedable position. Mel guided us through the negotiations where no stone was left unturned, and within 2 weeks we were SSTC. All Agents are not equal, especially when you have a lifestyle property to sell (in our case property plus land and barns). The notable difference being F&C’s strategy to develop Client relationships and serving them properties that fit their brief, versus marketing the property on Rightmove to generate demand and booking viewings. The quality of the former took days versus months. The service throughout the process was exceptional and they will definitely be our first call in the future! We're so very grateful. We initially contacted Fine and Country Estate Agents Abergavenny for a valuation on our home, as we were considering moving. We quickly realised that they were highly professional, knowledgeable of the local housing market and fully understood our needs and priorities. We engaged them to sell our home, and they quickly attended and measured all areas. The photographer came a couple of days later. This was not a member of staff with a camera. This was a highly skilled professional photographer with professional equipment. The results were stunning, both online and in the printed brochure. The property was quickly on the market and viewings sensibly booked during one week. All parties viewing were in a position to proceed. We received three offers, two at full asking price and were advised on who was best placed to quickly complete. The sale progressed smoothly, with regular updates from the Abergavenny office, and completed within a timely period. Moving home is a stressful period, but Fine and Country did a great job in keeping stress levels to an absolute minimum.
