GoogleI started to rent a property with bidmead back in February I had another property lined up but was let down a week before moving in and had to find somewhere quick as I had to move out of my old property, but thanks to Emma bowen at bidmead I explained how urgent I needed a place and she did everything she could and beyond to help me out and found me the perfect property so quickly definitely the best customer service I have had from any estate agent. I will definitely be using bidmead cook again in the future.

GoogleMany, many thanks to Emma Bowen for all her help. Moving into a house as we came out of the Covid lock down was pretty stressful, and it wouldn't have happened without Emma's support, and determination. Everything done quickly and professionally.10 out of 10 service.
Now I can open the back door of my house onto the view I always wanted.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of the team at Bidmead Cook, Abergavenny after a very quick and successful sale and purchase.
From the initial valuation with Kate, where a buyer was found before the house even went on the market, to viewing the house that's now mine with Tybie, not to mention all the support up until completion, the whole experience was so professional and personable at all times.
I've got no doubt that the chain only held up thanks to the team constantly keeping all parties and solicitors on the front foot and I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling in the Abergavenny area. Their prices were very reasonable, and the professional photos were outstanding, making them really stand out on Rightmove.
Quite simply, no other agency is as fun or easy to deal with, especially when you're a worrier like me, and the team's local knowledge, warmth and enthusiasm and kindness makes what could be a stressful experience something pleasurable - the perfect tone to set for a forever home. Hands down the premier local estate agency. Thank you all so much.

GoogleThis estate agent openly made racist remarks about a previous viewer who was putting an offer on the house we were looking at. Appalling.
We also viewed several properties with them and were told “very popular, lots of offers already in” about properties that then stayed on the market for ages.
Avoid at all costs. They belong back in the 90s

GoogleI would absolutely not recommend Bidmead Cook. We lost the sale of the house that we were purchasing through them due to their incompetence of the staff.
