They, and John specifically, were a breath of fresh air in comparison, providing a personal, professional service that is second to none. GoogleWe have been so impressed with the service of John Mair at Remax. After having our property on with a 'traditional' solicitors on ASPC for nearly 2 years we were pulling our hair out. We contacted John and he was very responsive and helpful, offering some simple tips to improve the marketability of our flat. He was very proactive and had more viewings arranged in the first week it was on the market than the other agent managed to generate in 2 years! We quickly secured a buyer and all went through smoothly, getting us a better price than the traditional agent was suggesting. I wish we had found John 2 years ago! GoogleAfter having my property languish on ASPC, I moved over to REMAX and, after dealing with them, I urge anyone in the same situation to do the same! John, the estate who I dealt with at REMAX, couldn't have been more attentive and managed to get the property sold in under 2 months at the most competitive prices. Also organised conveyacing fees that were less than half of my previous solicitor. If you're not making progress with a traditional solicitor, get on the phone to REMAX. GoogleI switched to RE/MAX after trying to sell my house with another estate agent and the difference was night and day. Local knowledge and much more motivated to sell my property. I had double the viewings in a short time period to what i had previously. My house was sold within a few months. Highly recommend.

RE/MAX produced far superior marketing and were cheaper. Very helpful in ways we could improve the house without significant cost.
