FacebookI contacted Ross Taggart in May this year, he agreed to help me, I recorded my telephone call, I asked him if he was very busy and would he have time to help me, he said yes, My case was being funded by my Legal Expenses Insurers, they agreed a fee of £250.00 per hour plus vat and other costs. a few days later I contacted Ross he said he had not heard from my Insurance Company, I got back to my Insurers about this and they sent me a copy of the Email they had sent him two days earlier, so he lied. Then Ross went away on holiday for two weeks, he advised me that he would get onto my case when he returned from Holiday, when be returned from holiday he said he had been unwell and was not at work for a few days, I went into his office with my Body Camera working and asked how he was as I heard he was off sick, the person in reception said she was not aware of him being sick, he had been on holiday but had not been off sick at any time, and I knew a Solicitor that had seen him in Court when he was allegedly sick, so he lied to me, He then refused to sign the agreement with my Legal Insurance Company, I then had a meeting with him about my case and he said he would look into it, he then said it was very complicated, where he got this from I do not know, My Legal Insurers was going to be paying him to write to the Police for information about my arrest on lies by a Masonic, Drug Dealing Farmer, This Farmer stated that an incident with me happened at 10-30, At that time I was miles away from where this incident allegedly happened and my car was in a Garage, both Dash Cameras on my car prove this, and the garage can prove this, the lies this Masonic Drug Dealing Farmer said about me, never happened, the Police arrested me on no evidence, I have no Criminal Record, If Ross did not get all the information when he wrote to the police he was then to issue a Court Order to obtain all the alleged complainers lying statements, Police Body Camera footage and a copy of my interview in the Police Station, NOTHING COMPLICATED ABOUT THAT, Very straight forward, I recorded my interview with ROSS on my Body Camera, my Legal Insurers then withdrew the contract to fund him as he refused to sign it and do anything for me. I phoned him just over a week ago and he said he would contact me on Friday the 13th August about my case. I did not hear from him, He has had my case for over three months and has done nothing about this simple case, My Legal Expenses Insurers appointed a Criminal Solicitor to write to the Police about my arrest, the Police refuse to reply to his letters and my letters requesting copies of the lies that this lying Masonic Drug Dealing Farmer said about me. A criminal Solicitor cannot go to Court and get a Court Order to get that information out of the Police that needs to be a civil Solicitor, that is why my Legal Expenses company appointed Ross Taggart to my case, but I believe he is a Corrupt Police Protector or he is frightened of the CORRUPT POLICE. Ross contacted my Criminal Solicitor for information about this charge but the information he has is irrelevant as we have not heard from the PF and I suspect we never will. I have the CCTV evidence of me being dragged out of my home in handcuffs for an incident that did not happen at the time it allegedly happened, and I have Dash Camera footage of my movements that day. So obviously Ross does not think he has the expertise to help me, or he is more interested in protecting the Police and this Masonic Drug Dealing Farmer that the Police are using to try and stitch me up. Also a vehicle started sitting outside my home watching me, I live in a Cul De Sac, the Police would do nothing about this person sitting outside my home watching me in two different vehicles, so I put a picture of his vehicles sitting outside my home on my car rear window with my phone number and offered a reward for information about him, I got a phone call about this man he is a violent CRIMINAL with a history of violence. He is a Mr Willox 40 Kinmundy Gardens Peterhead. Ross now says he had no contract with me, he agreed a contract with my Legal Insurers in an Email, and that was to take on my case, he is a LIAR.

Now lodged a complaint about the failure by Ross to do anything on my case, I have asked for my files back, will be going into the office to collect them, perhaps Ross will have lost them, or he may be lying again about being SICK. Will eventually end up at SLCC about this appalling failure by someone that alleges he is a Solicitor and Advocate. is he lying again. I believe he may be a Rat Catcher disguising himself as a Solicitor?
