I had the most awful experience renting from this company. Everything was fine until I decided to move. I spent 3 full days cleaning before I handed back the keys. I left the property I'm better condition to when I moved in. Despite all that they still found 'faults' and took all my deposit and demanded more!! They were nasty,rude and had no humanity. They took my money and re decorated the whole property and are now charging more for the next tenants. All at my expense. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are con artists.

GoogleI was 7months pregnant when I decided to move out of the property and in with my now husband and these people stressed me out so much especially Kerry. All she says is NO and does not even respond to greetings. I was made to pay for their previous mistake of letting my flatmate leave without them inspecting her room. After I found a lady to take over my room, they stressed the lady to the extent that she requested for a refund of her rent and never moved into the property. It's one year later and I still remember the bad experience. It's just a nightmare dealing with these people.

GoogleI left a review a couple of years ago which has disappeared. However, I didn't have a great experience coming to the end of my tenancy with a property serviced by Morna Petrano (up until they end, they were generally good). The agency entered the property for a viewing without my knowledge and I had only found out after things had been moved around when I got home that evening. Furthermore, I had a particularly bad experience with Liam Thom when I raised this, who then repeatedly ignored my emails detailing other requests. I'd avoid this agency if possible, they are quite rude.

Their communicational method is just the worst. Emails coming from Kerry Ledingham have been impolite and ignorant - to say the least!. Based on Kerry's emails, they don't seem to be aware of when their properties are available for viewing or for letting; even though they highly recommend viewing the advertised properties. Very unfortunate as some of their adverised properties seem to be in good shape and are at a convenient location.
Hoping for their overall improvement in the near future.

I was pleasantly surprised by how swiftly any issues where resolved, and to be honest the quarterly flat inspections helped to get me in too the habit of quarterly flat major cleans.
