GoogleVery unprofessional. First and foremost, I'd like to say that in response to what was said about "frustration with this property ", it's not the property or venders that I'm unhappy with, after all, vendors can sell to whoever they like, NO! it's the way that this agent has treated a potential customer i. e. with disregard. Despite being cash buyers, the agents would not return our messages, trying to contact them using their land-line or mobile numbers was near impossible.A couple of times we stated that we would meet the asking price in full for one property but they never even responded to confirm whether our offer had been accepted or not. .Would NOT recommend this agent .Very discourteous, (We sent 3 or so emails which went unanswered, phoned multiple times and sent an sms). I did notice during a period of a few weeks that several other newer properties on the Market with them were being processed and I don't think that I'm expecting too much to know whether our offer had been accepted.,especially since we had spent over £300 getting an offer in principle ready for purchasing the property we wanted. I feel that the agent should take care of potential customers who were in the system before taking on more business that they were not able to cope with. If not then it's up to them to meet demand if they wanted more business. As I understand the agent had at least 3 others working for her, according to the website and from very early conversations that we had. We received 2 or 3 emails off the agent at the very beginning. That was it.It didn't escape my notice however that after waiting all that time for them to respond they did however respond almost immediately after I wrote this review.. Funny that.Finally, only now after her reply below and weeks later do I find out that the property has been promised to another purchaser!That's not how you treat customers.

Hi Paul, I totally understand where you are coming from regarding your frustration with this property but your response to review me badly, is nothing but being spiteful.
You were booked in for a viewing which had to be cancelled due to the UK entering locked.
You called and called our offices once in lock down and sent emails request the vendor to carry out a video herself of the property to show you, around the 30th March. Which she declined to do in later weeks. I said in my emails back to you I would ask and I did.
7th June, whilst Wales was still in lockdown you request could your wife/ partner “call up for a quick visit”. You, yourself being out of the country. The law stated we were not allowed to carry out viewings. I told you by email we were waiting for the next review on the 22nd June.
11th June, you requested to know more information regard your offer you had put forward. 11th June, I said, the vendor would not accept any offers from anyone till they had seen the property and that we had received higher offers from others and told them the same.
7th July, you emailed to ask if we are open as you had not been able to get hold of us for a few weeks and that you wished to offer higher and requested if you could have a viewing. The wales government was still not allowing viewings.
Through out lock down we exchanged lots of emails and I tried to help you as much as I can, for you to now call me unprofessional, and amateur. It’s an absolute cheek, most agents didn’t work through lock down at all. I do hold my hands up and say I didn’t reply to your email on the 7th July, and as the days went on I still didn’t, only because I had 100s of emails from a lots of people on all our properties and it was only me working. You got lost in what still feels like an endless pile. I could not keep up with the calls and emails on my own.
Since then, the vendor stated to me that she had accepted an offer from a young couple who knocked her door and put countless letter through her door. This is what the my vendor wanted to do and I work for the vendor, I do want I am instructed.
You were one of 7 others which were not able to see the house or have the chance to buy it but none else took the time to bad reviewed me and slated me on Facebook. Thank you very much!
In a response to your further review. You have proved more so that your review is wrongful.
On both your reviews you have stated, your a cash buyer. Not only have you worded your reviews as if you should be of been given special treatment “despite being a cash buyer” which makes you sound very self important. You say go on to say, “especially since we had spent over £300 getting an offer in principle” CASH BUYERS, don’t need an offer in principle, because their buying a property fully in cash. So after all of this, you were not a cash buyer.......................
“A couple of times we stated we would meet the asking price, but they never ever responded to say weather our offer was accepted or not” like in my first response, I emailed you on the 11th June, stating NO OFFERS WOULD BE ACCEPTED to you or any one. I still have all our email back and forth and would happily provide these to show, your words are wrongful again.
“We sent 3 or more emails, which went unanswered, phoned multiple time, and sent a sms” you then go on to say “We received 2 or 3 emails from the agent at the very beginning” You are totally contradicting yourself. I did respond to you with back and forth emails..... on the 30th March, 7th June and 11th June. It was only on the 7th July, I have agreed I didn’t reply to you. By this time, the property was showing Under offer.
The UK went into a period of lock down on the 28th March because of a pandemic, which caused millions of businesses to close and leading to millions of staff of those businesses being furloughed. It was only myself working on and off. Maybe because of that, the phone would of mostly gone answered. I’d say, it was something that any business would of replied to you at all during this period of time.
I did take on many houses on during lock down and many of those vendors allowed me to be able to accept offers and do Vertical viewings. The property you were interested in would not, I stated this to you in our email on the 11th June when you asked me if your wife could “call up for a quick visit” which was at that time against the law in Wales.
I responded immediately to your review because it was before 6am and I had I seen you slating me on Facebook with your one liners on my posts....
I think when people read your review, they will see that you have totally contradicted yourself over and over again and that you have tried to, with your nastiness poison people against using my business because you were unable to buy a house you wanted during a time, which you have totally ignored.. when the world was in the middle of a pandemic and world basically shut down.

Not to mention all the issues with not allowing me to up my offers on a property in Craig Yr Darren. List continues. Not going to enter into a debate on her page however I will pursue with ombudsman. Avoid this estate agent unless you know her and then you get special treatment. Laughing at someone over their finances is sickening. Can you afford a large house on your own salary Helene? Bet there won’t be any apology. If only I could have recorded the call.

GoogleSophie was great in selling our house. I emailed her on a Friday night and she came back to me personally herself on a Friday night also. She came out to me on the Sunday and put my house on the market. Within a week my house had sold.
I was I bit worried when she valued the house as the valuation I had previously was £12000 less from another agent but how wrong were they. she obviously knows the housing market. A big thank you and would highly recommend you to everybody. The unique walk through videos are second to none also.
