We have worked with Jay several times previously (whilst employed elsewhere) on sales and purchases of other properties. He has always been unbelievably professional and always does an outstanding job, effortlessly and seamlessly. Jay is always the first person we call when in need of, not just an estate agent, but also if we just need some friendly property related advice. He always goes above and beyond, answering our calls on evenings and weekends, and is not afraid to ‘get his hands dirty’ moving toys and baby bouncers to get the best pictures and videos of our house. Jay and Ramsay and White have a very modern and innovative approach to selling houses; the quality of the pictures, videos and the way they market properties is second to none. They definitely stand out in what can sometimes feel like an over saturated market. The sale of our last house was particularly tricky, due to unforeseen circumstances. However, Jay and the team at Ramsay and White were there to ‘hold our hand’ every step of the way. It made, what could have been a very stressful couple of months, much more bearable. If you are considering selling, then my advice would always be to do your research. However, I am sure the conclusion of your research would be that Ramsay and White are head and shoulders above the rest. We would definitely recommend this very talented and hard working Team! First time buyer with no clue on mortgages or how the process works. Originally wanted to rent, but then decided to buy so emailed ramsay and white to cancel my viewing, straight away they offered me access to one of their mortgage brokers, I am glad they did as everything was so easy, I found a house and viewed the same week, my mortgage was applied for and accepted 5 days later! Very fast service, Ramsey and white then offered me the service of a solictor they worked with, again I jumped at the chance, I was in my new house within 12 weeks, I was expecting the process to be drawn out and stressful but they really did do everything for me, the only thing I had to decide was what colour to paint my walls when i moved in, great service and highly recommend
