GoogleFrom my initial contact with Heidi at Manning Estate Agents through to the final sale of my property the service was excellent. Heidi and colleagues have an in depth understanding of the property market in the Aberdare and the surrounding areas. Heidi gave me excellent advice about how to improve the property to achieve the best price and also recommended a number of local contractors who all did an excellent job at competitive prices. Heidi and colleagues were also very helpful in keeping an eye on the property (as I am not local) and forwarding on mail. I would recommend Manning Estate Agents.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with the way in which Mannings have dealt with the sale of my house. After wanting to employ a second estate agent since it’s been on the market since last August, Mannings called me using a very unprofessional tone. Heidi began screaming down the phone at me like a spoilt brat. I would never recommend such a disgraceful organisation and I suggest that if you would like to sell your property then you choose another agent.

GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with Catherine from Mannings, especially after an awful experience with a different company prior to this. We were first time buyers and found them really friendly throughout, kept in regular contact and I found they didn't judge or patronise me despite my lack of knowledge. They even left a bottle of bubbly for us after we got the keys, which was a lovely touch.

GoogleWould never go with anyone else. If you want to actually sell or buy a house with total professionalism, go with Mannings. They ensure everything is in order before a house is bought or sold unlike other estate agents who claim a house is sold yet its back on the market a week later.
