GoogleJust bought a house that was being sold via Apex and was very impressed with the service I was provided. A lady called Nadine was fantastic always keeping me updated with how things were progressing. She was very helpful when viewing the property and did not rush us in anyway. GoogleI have recently started renting with Apex and am really happy so far. I was a bit nervous reading some of these horrible reviews and because of my own negative experiences with rental agencies, but it turned out that there was no need. During the whole process they were helpful and transparent. Any issues/questions I've had since moving in were dealt with quickly and every agent I have spoken to was really friendly and professional.

GoogleHonestly I've rented with them for over a year I've reported issues and nothing has been done, I'll be leaving soon I think they treat people terribly and don't trust their renters constantly wanting to come in and do inspections I even had them turn up randomly. Looking at the properties they advertise they seem to have a reputation of disrepaired properties and bank on renters not noticing. With rental prices going up all the time you'd think they provide more quality service to the ones who are literally the bread and butter to their business.

GoogleExtremely ignorant, sent them an email about their bargoed branch being ignorant but looks like these are just as bad Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house, they wouldn't put up with it so why should I? I have two children who can't use our garden because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since I've had to put up with these

We made an appointment to meet of for a price Terry showed up on time give us the price that we were happy with and put the for sale send up. The house sold pretty quickly which we were very happy with. Thank you Apex for all your help.

Avoid. I've reported their tenant for constantly smoking cannabis but they don't seem bothered as they've ignored me. It's coming into my house and the smell is horrendous. My son has asthma and he has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. My house is private and I don't see why I should have to put up with cannabis smoking hillbillies, I guarantee you that if it were any member of their team they wouldn't put up with it so why should we. Absolutely disgraceful. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of them smoking drugs.

Had a viewing on 28 July then put the application in. Two days later got a rejection email stating that the property got allocated to another applicant. Almost two weeks on I find that the property is still being advertised. Wouldn't hurt to tell the truth. Stop with the lies

Their fees are super competitive and they were very knowledgeable about the local area and market, as I am not from around the area. Felt Martin and the team went above and beyond. FacebookI recently sold a rental property that Apex managed for me. Got to say rental team are spot on, would also keep me up to date with certifications I needed and any changes in legislation. I decide to sell my property and was sold inside 7 days of going on the market. Apex recommended a solicitor who was really effective and had it tied up in 10 weeks. Great team and would highly recommend to friends, family and business associates.

This company should not be trading they have been removed from the PRS by the trading ombudsman for illegally withholding landlords deposit . Stay well away from this company and do not ask them to rent your property unless you want them to knowingly sub-let it numerous people. Basically they are company of thieves taking advantage of landlords destroying their properties and withholding deposits

FacebookI have currently had my tenancy taken over by apex representing my landlords...in the past 9 months that I have been with apex Shelter Cymru have informed me that they have...- lied to me and are supporting an illegal eviction- not facilitated any of the repairs that are hindering my disabled day to day quality of life...- illegally changed my sole occupation tenancy agreement to include my current partner (who was not living with me for medical and legal safety reasons) without my consent or signature...- tried to strong arm another rent rise out of me within the space of six months and was informed I was lucky because they could ask for more from a new tenant and the money would be going to repairs in the house that it is desperate need of...... the list goes on...Basically, if you are looking to rent, don't use apex. They are dodgy and only seem care about your landlords rights... at least that is my experience of renting from Bargoed Apex.
