GoogleJust moved to Aberporth from the South Wales valleys, and not really knowing the area, Rhys was a great source of knowledge and provided helpful guidance for things not necessarily property related. We are happy with the house and location and Rhys guided us through everything, was very approachable and efficient and would highly recommend to anyone in this neck of the woods looking for estate agency services.

GoogleI'm writing this review to give my fair and honest opinion of Morgan and Davies Estate agents..
We bought our house in West Wales 14 years ago, Dylan Davies supported us through our purchase, and over the years, together with Dylan and Rhys we built an excellent relationship whilst dealing various challenging matters. The good advice, help and support has been amazing, and we can only thank Morgan and Davies for all their professional help. Morgan and Davies recently sold our house along with other property. Rhys has been more than helpful, at times going over and above his remit. Rhys is diligent, professional and reliable at all times, he's always helpful and friendly and very committed to his company. Thank you for your support, wishing you a Happy New Year.

The staff at the office in Aberaeron are also welcoming and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this estate agent to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property. Diolch!!

TrustpilotMorgan and Davies Carmarthen
Morgan and Davies Carmarthen are amazing I brought my first home from them and they were nothing but helpful and lovely! Neville showed me around the property many times and everytime he made me feel so at ease and comfortable. He had answers for questions before I had even asked them! Thank you so so much!

Good morning
We note your comments, which do not reflect the position or situation on that day. The issue is with the previous vendors not with us and must be dealt with through the correct legal channels.
Our staff have tried to be as accommodating as possible with the concerns raised by our parents despite unreasonable accusations and abuse which were witnessed and noted by 2 other customers.
We will not comment any further as the matter must be addressed by solicitors only.
If we continue to receive such reviews/comments which are a clear defamation of character we will consider the appropriate action.
