GoogleRonan in Sherry Fitzgerald was a pleasure to deal with at every stage of the sales process for apartment listed in Islandbridge D8. I found the team professional and courteous responding to queries as they arose, even to circumstance outside their immediate responsibility. I would not hesitate engaging with Ronan and his team for future real estate services. Laurence O‘ Carroll

GoogleRecently dealt with Ronan Feeney who assisted the sale of of a property in Cabra. Ronan was excellent from the outset through to completion and was in regular contact at all times during both the marketing and conveyancing periods. Ronan managed the buyers expectations extremely well as there were several delays on my client's end however with Ronan's assistance, we managed to complete the sale and I would have no hesitation using the office again in the future.

Aisling has been so helpful throughout this whole process. She always got back with answers to my queries promptly and kept me updated as to how the construction was going. Buying a house and moving can be exhausting and stressful but when you have someone reliable looking after you, it takes some of the pressure off. That’s what Aisling did for me.

TrustpilotRachel Cooney Sherry FitzGerald Financial Services
Rachel is amazing! She completely took the stress out of buying my own home. I was well informed at all times of what needed to happen to move through each stage of the mortgage process, the expected timeframes and how to minimise potential pitfalls.Rachel is a top class broker with great product knowledge of all the products each lender and life insurer offer. The features and benefits of each product were super well laid out so it was easy to see which lender, rate and insurance were the best for me to go with. I'm grateful for all her help throughout and her colleague Jane's help at the later stages for drawdown and would recommend anyone to apply for a mortgage through her.

GoogleI recently bought a house with Elizabeth from Sherry Fitz Phibsborough after being sale agreed on 2 other properties with 2 different estate agents before this. To say Sherry Fitz and Elizabeth were a dream to deal with in comparison to the other estate agents is an understatement. Elizabeth had open communication throughout, treated me as a legit buyer regardless that I was buying on my own and as a first time buyer she advised me throughout the entire process. The house was listed at the accurate price and sold for over asking. The asking price was not significantly undervalued to get more viewers in as a sale tactic. House hunting is a nightmare, house hunting in Dublin is worse. I now have an amazing home in Stoneybatter that ticked all of my original boxes that I hadn't realised I was compromising on. Working with Sherry Fitz was refreshing after my past experience with two other agencies and I would recommend Sherry Fitz above all else if you are looking in the D7, D8 area.

I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.
