Smooth house purchase

I recently completed on a purchase using Carolyn Edgar Homes and I found the process to be very smooth. Cameron is very friendly and professional and he kept me up-to-date with all aspects of the sale across the weeks.He responded to my queries very quickly and on WhatsApp which was convenient to me. Nothing was too big an ask and he put my mind at ease through out the whole process since I had a lot of questions which Cameron was able to answer. I would highly recommend this company for both sales and purchases and will be recommending to friends and family in the future. Thanks again, Cameron!

There are a number of operational things that set Carolyn's agency apart from the rest. Collectively, these add up to an excellent customer experience. Timely and courteous communication is key. Carolyn and her colleague Cameron never fail to return a call or address a query.They really know the market. We approached 6 agents. Carolyn had a different view of our properties worth. We trusted her and the property was snapped up in exactly 2 weeks from its launch. Carolyn's term, conditions and fees are very different from others. Your pocket will seriously thank you. Outstanding service

I believe in supporting small companies and individuals in business whenever possible. What a good decision that was when I asked Carolyn to sell our house. Carolyn’s priority is towards the client and the selling of their property. She is not a 9-5 agent as you find on the high street and can be contacted most times even at the weekend when others are closed. As well being professional and very knowledgable she is a very pleasant and is genuinely interested in any concerns that may arise. To top the process off is the fixed fee structure, saving at least 50% over most other estate agents.
