EH Rentals 1st Floor reviews

Thanks Paul for taking your time to leave a review. Very much appreciated :)

Hi Simon I know you are struggling to secure accommodation for your relocation to Northern Ireland, however as explained on the viewing appointment I advised that there was a high demand for rental accommodation. You submitted your application a few days after your viewing & unfortunately there had been applications submitted before you sent yours. You rang my mobile on Friday & I advised that I was off on annual leave. It was very apparent on the call that you were not happy with this. I advised you to contact the office number. For whatever your reason you never did. I called you on Monday morning on my return to work. There was no answer. I called again on Wednesday (yesterday) & still never received an answer. You did then return my call in the afternoon I then advised that unfortunately the Landlord had accepted another application that was received before you had sent your application. I appreciate that just like the other applicants for this property you were disappointed but this does not give you an excuse to become verbally abusive on the phone.

Hi Pete Sorry you feel this way. Can you advise what exactly was a waste of time? If this is something that we can improve we will. Regards Emma

Hi sorry you've experienced this. There is currently a high volume of calls being received & we try & return all missed calls as soon as we can. If you want to call the office in the morning phone lines are a bit quieter & we can get your query sorted.

Thank you Andrea
