TMC Estate Agents, with Kelly as our estate agent and Mary as our mortgage advisor, were an absolute dream to work with. From start to finish, every query was handled with genuine care and impressive speed. Both Kelly and Mary were friendly, approachable, and proactive, making the whole buying process so much less stressful. In fact, I must be one of the only buyers who felt sad when the process ended because I enjoyed working with them so much! I couldn’t recommend TMC, Kelly, and Mary highly enough, they turned what could have been a daunting experience into a smooth and positive journey.

My experience with this estate agents has been terrible. They use people to bid up houses by tens of thousands of pounds to have deals closed without any communication. Our dealings with them never felt sincere and Kelly was extremely unprofessional by not returning our calls or keeping us updated. Unfortunately a lot of properties in the area we want to buy are listed with this estate agents but hopefully we will never have to deal with them again!

Not professional at all! They asked me for a refund for cleanings but when I took the apartment a year earlier I found it in a terrible state and they sent someone who put the curtains up and the same man pretended to clean the oven (that was their meaning of cleaning)! Agents were unable to solve problems such as broken mirrors, unstable table or mold in my bedroom, which brought me to have respiratory problems during the night. Inspections were absolutely useless in my point of view as the issues were always the same but I ended up solving them by myself

I have a rental property next door to me C/o TMC Finaghy Branch. I have had several phone calls to TMC over a period of time regarding a nuisance neighbors ( son screaming playing play station game day & night ). Today after working an 11hr night shift, and unable to sleep with the screaming, I rang TMC, and had a telephone conversation with the property manager who refused to give me his surname. Totally unhelpful, and not in the least bit interested and said he had never heard of any of my complaints. I was told by him to record noise disturbance over a few days, and take down for him to hear. I am totally disgusted,and if I knew his manager I would report him.

Time wasters, had me waiting over a week to arrange to view a property. Then phoned today to book in as I got a voicemail from them. To be told he was refusing to let me view the property as I am planning to go coownership. Tried lying as well saying that coownership wouldnt allow me to buy the property. Despite knowing better, once I brought this to his attention he changed the story and said the house was a mess and was unsaleable. Would give them minus ratings if possible.
